The Valentine’s Day menu at Dew by Whitegrass features a romantic symphony of dishes that are sure to impress. The experience commences with the First Date, showcasing Fukuoka Aori ika tartar with a delectable blend of yuzu dashi jelly and cauliflower mousse. The Love Potion course follows, featuring roasted chicken and basil broth paired with spicy jalapeno toast. Savor the harmonious flavors of the Soul Mate, Aburi Hokkaido Sakura-masu Tagliatelle bathed in a luscious porcini sauce, a culinary celebration of perfect companionship. The experience reaches its peak with Rising Love, presenting the tenderness of braised Australian wagyu cheek in a sour and umami sauce, complemented by turmeric seasonal vegetables. The evening concludes on a sweet note with Hugs & Kisses, a chocolate terrine with framboise granita.
